Team Schedule

Award Interview Scheduling (from https://www.firstinspires.org/resource-library/frc/submitted-awards)
Teams who have successfully submitted for the FIRST Impact Award will be randomly assigned to an interview time slot at each eligible event. Once the interview schedule has been posted, Pit Admin will make an announcement and teams can see the slot to which they are assigned. Some teams may need to request to change time slots. In order to do so, the team must find another team who is willing to switch. Both teams will then go to Pit Admin and request the time change. Pit Admin is the only group who can approve the change. Pit Admin will alert the Judge Advisor or Judge Advisor Assistant.

FIRST Impact Exchange Session **NEW**
Join FRC 2877, LigerBots, on Friday February 28 at 7:00 pm in classroom A160 for an interactive exchange on the FIRST Impact Award! No advance sign-up is necessary, just show up. Teams will take turns giving their presentations to each other, followed by questions and feedback in a fun and inclusive environment. Even if your team is not competing for the FIRST Impact Award this year, you will learn a lot by watching presentations by other FRC teams.
Special thanks to FRC 166, Chop Shop, for starting the FIRST Impact Exchange!

Handicapped parking spaces can be found near the main entrance (see the Parking Tab), and the main entrance to Salem High School has wheelchair-accessible ramps. There are wide doorways and aisles to accommodate wheelchairs/scooters throughout the venue.
Competition Seating
Please ask event volunteers or managers about spaces for service dogs and accessible seating! They will be happy to provide options for you.
Other Venue Features
Barrier-free pathways can be found throughout the building, although we recommend checking the Event Layout map in the "Venue" Tab for comprehensive details. There are outlets available throughout the arena for someone who may travel with equipment, but we ask that you do not interrupt the flow of traffic, if possible.
We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to participate and have fun. To request an accommodation, or to inquire about accessibility, contact us at info@firstnh.org.
Thank you!

Friday night at load in, there will be limited pre-orders.
For Saturday lunch/dinner and Sunday lunch, please consider our pre-order options!
All Pre-orders must be completed by noon on February 18th.

FIRST Youth Protection:
Safety is at the forefront of FIRST® participation.
The FIRST Youth Protection Program (linked here) provides all participants in FIRST programs with
information, guidelines, and procedures to create a safe environment for our student participants.
The information below contains key components of the FIRST Youth Protection Program that all adults
and youth – especially mentors and event volunteers – should be aware of while participating in FIRST programs.
FIRST® Portal for Incident Reporting (Youth Protection Concerns, Medical Incidents, or Other)
FIRST has a zero-tolerance policy regarding retaliation against anyone who reports a concern or who cooperates in an investigation of a reported concern.
All submissions to the Reporting Portal are investigated by FIRST with appropriate action taken based on the findings.
Mentor Training
The FIRST Youth Protection page (linked here) provides a number of resources that adults should be familiar with before working with youth in our programs. The FIRST Youth Protection Program guide(download here) contains the policies and guidelines that all volunteers and youth participants must adhere to when participating with FIRST. The Youth Protection page also has a link to Youth Protection Training Videos (linked here). This training is intended to enable adults working with FIRST teams to recognize situations that may pose a threat to team member safety and take the actions necessary to prevent and report injuries. We encourage anyone participating with FIRST to take this training to better understand how to protect themselves and our youth participants. The training consists of a series of short videos; each video is no more than 5 minutes, and the entire series can be completed in 40-50 minutes.
Mentor Screening
Each US and Canada-based FIRST team is required to have at least two adult mentors who have passed Youth Protection screening.
We also recommend that Lead Mentors require any individual who will participate in 30% or more of team activities go through the screening and training. Lead Mentors can request screenings on other team mentors by using the “Manage Contacts” button on their Team Roster on the FIRST Dashboard (linked here).
If you have questions, would like more information, or would like to speak to someone directly, please email safetyfirst@firstinspires.org or call 603-206-2050. You can find more information, training, and guidance at http://www.firstinspires.org/youth-protection.
