Load In/Load Out at Plymouth State University, ALLWell North Center

Load-In: 

• Occurs from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Friday, October 18th or 8:00 am – 9:00 am on Saturday, October 19th.

• Inspection table and pit area will be open for the entire duration of the load-in period.

Load-Out:

• Occurs from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm on Saturday, October 19th.

• Pits close at 7:00 pm or one hour after last match, whichever is later, on Saturday, October 19th.

General Information for Load-In/Out:

• There will be two elevator options for Load-In/Out

  • Elevator 1 is a freight elevator and is right inside the main entrance doors

  • Elevator 2 is a standard elevator and is located down a hallway to the right past Elevator 1

• A volunteer will control the flow of unloaded robots into the building through the load-in entrance doors.  There will be a volunteer stationed at each Elevator controlling the flow of robots and people into each elevator.

• If you wish to store trailers or buses for the weekend in the parking lot, we ask that you store them in the indicated lot. Do not leave anything in the trailers as the event cannot be responsible for watching these overnight.

• Buses can drop off/pick up at main entrance, but will need to park in the bus loop after dropping off or picking up.
